I completed my community service hours over many different places over an extensive period. Some of my hours were earned through large organizations, such as Hosea Helps (7hrs.) and Habitat for Humanity (47 hrs.), and Hand on Atlanta (3 hrs.) along with school organizations like National Honor Society (20 hrs.) /BETA Club, and the Homeless Pet Club (5 hrs.). I also completed several of my community service hours working with women’s organizations and political action organizations like Women Impacting West Georgia (5 hrs.), the West Georgia (GA) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated (3hrs.), and Black Voters Matter (3hrs.), which sponsored the Collard Green Caucus. When informed of several students Young Middle School losing everything in a home fire, I saw the need for those families to receive clothing that they could wear with dignity (6 hrs.). I also worked to beautify my high school working with the Mays High School Athletic Booster Club whose school spirit and school pride drove a new campaign for the senior class called the Letter of Fame (13 hrs.).
