2018 Sickle Cell Run/ Walk

The 39th Annual Sickle Cell Road Race/Walk is an RRCA-certified State Championship race — a major attraction for runners! The race is foremost a charitable event, with proceeds supporting the nonprofit mission and programs of the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, Inc. SCFG serves people affected by sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait.
Parking:
Although there are designated parking lots, consider parking on either Jefferson Avenue or Winburn Drive, which are located on the East side of the school.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. – Registration On-Site ($35 to run….$30 to walk)
8:15 a.m. – Aerobic warm-up
9:00 a.m. – 7K Run/4K Walk begins
10:00 a.m. – Awards Ceremony
