DESCRIPTION:DOWNLOAD (for Participants): \n\nContestant Application (Chapter Chairman info listed below)\nParental Consent & Release Form (Insurance info is not required)\n\nThe Eta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity will hold its annual Talent Hunt program in-person on Saturday\, April 19\, 2025 at 2 PM at Utopian Academy for the Arts (2750 Forest Pkwy\, Ellenwood\, GA 30294) .  Please download and review the guidelines and application packet for detailed information on participating.  The application and parental consent forms must be completed and returned to participate.  Email completed documents to Brother Maurice Watson\, the Talent Hunt Committee Chairman for Eta Omega Chapter at talenthunt@hq1919.com or 770-847-6777. \nTalent Hunt is open to all Metro Atlanta high school students (grades 9 – 12). The competition is open to the following forms of trained art: \nA. Music: Vocal and Instrumental; classical\, semi-classical\, gospel\, jazz\, and “middle of the road”. \nB. Dance: Interpretative movement to music; ballet\, modern dance\, tap dance. \nC.
